In my hometown, answering to the question Where do you live? the residents of the house with a picture of Olympic Bear say I live in the Little Bear. Those who live in the house with a rosette on a gable facade say I live in the Rosette. That's how ideological symbols of Soviet epoch with meaningless pictures become a part of the city area, serving as areal guides in a labyrinth of the identical buildings. Separated from their background they remind of mysterious pictograms.
